When declaring an outcome table using @SPTABLESHAPE you declare its total number of outcomes.  The number of outcomes loaded via @SPTABLEOUTC does not match this total number for the specified table.  Please check the declaration of the table and the calls to @SPTABLEOUTC.  For more information on defining outcome tables, please  refer to the Declaring Outcome Tables section of Chapter 14.
