340. THE CHANCE-CONSTRAINED ROW: ROW-NAME DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY RANDOM VARIABLES.

Chance-constrained programs (CCPs) are stochastic models that allow one or more sets of constraints to be violated up to a specified percentage of total scenarios.  Each constraint in a CCP set must contain at least one random variable.  You will need to use the @SPRNDVAR function to identify at least one random variable in the row.
