In order to interface with R, LINGO must be able to load the R.DLL system file from somewhere on the system path. You should check your PATH environment variable to see that it contains something like the following: C:\R\R-<version number>\bin\x64, where <version number> is the version number of R you have installed. If you open this folder, you should find a copy of R.DLL.
