We have a set of objects, e.g., machines, fabric patterns, etc.
 to be placed in non-overlapping fashion into a larger area.
 Each object is of rectangular shape and is
 to be placed with a fixed orientation, i.e., cannot be rotated.
 An important constraint is that objects cannot overlap.
 The objective is to place the objects as close to the center as possible
 so there is little wasted space around the center.
 There is a weight factor, WGT(r), indicating the importance a placing
 object r close to the center.
 Certain areas of the larger area may be reserved,
 e.g., pillars, walls, etc. and must be avoided by the placed objects.;
